Alyvia Behr

Alyvia Behr is an Internal Communications Specialist at Hearth & Home Technologies since February 2023, focusing on developing internal communication content and implementing recruitment strategies to enhance brand awareness and social engagement. Previously, Alyvia served as a Financial Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from October 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing mail, checks, invoices, and facilitating communication among colleagues. Alyvia also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Hearth & Home Technologies in the summer of 2022, managing social media platforms and drafting content for industry publications, as well as working as a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist at Universal Power Conversion Inc. in 2020. Alyvia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with double majors in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, completed in 2023.
