Karen Smeltz

Karen Smeltz is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Channel and Consumer Experience at Forge & Flame since April 2024. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Hearth & Home Technologies, starting in 2007, including Category Director for Stove brands, Brand Marketing Director, and Director of Channel Marketing. Responsibilities at Hearth & Home Technologies included developing and implementing brand and product strategies, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and overseeing consumer messaging and website experiences. Karen is also skilled in new product development and has collaborated across departments to ensure timely and budget-conscious product launches.
