Matthew Mattis

Matthew Mattis has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Matthew currently serves as the Vice President of Dealer Sales at Hearth & Home Technologies. Prior to this, they held positions at Hearth & Home Technologies as the Vice President of Strategic Growth and Vice President of Dealer Marketing. Before joining Hearth & Home Technologies, Matthew was the President of The Hearing Shoppes of MN, where they successfully grew the business to six locations with over $4MM in annual revenues. Matthew also served as the Vice President of Sales at ReSound, helping to grow annual revenues from $50MM to over $150MM. In their earlier career, they worked as a Regional Sales Director at GN Great Nordic and as a Regional Sales Manager at 3M Health Care. Matthew began their career as a Senior Sales Representative at Boehringer Mannheim Therapeutics, where they received multiple awards for their outstanding sales performance.

Matthew Mattis attended Grand Ledge High School from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a College Prep curriculum. Matthew then enrolled at Michigan State University from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications/Marketing.
