Morgan Shimek

Morgan Shimek currently serves as the Lead Sales Account Manager for Hearth & Home Technologies, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of Sales Account Managers and fostering a collaborative culture to enhance performance in the Fireplace Business Unit. Prior to this role, Morgan worked as an Account Manager in Dealer Sales, covering both the East and West Regions. Morgan's previous experience includes serving as an Office Manager at Wissota Industries, where customer service and order management were key responsibilities, and internships in sales and marketing at The Outdoor Greatroom Company and Pretty Simple, respectively. Morgan holds a degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, having graduated in 2021, and completed high school at Prior Lake High School in 2017.
