Erin Hudetz

Erin Hudetz, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erin currently holds the position of Vice President, Total Rewards at Hearthside Food Solutions since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Director, Total Rewards at Wilton Brands from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they served at Tyson Foods, where they were a Sr. Manager, Talent Succession & Assessment from 2022 to 2022 and a Sr. Manager, Compensation from 2020 to 2022.

Erin also has experience in academia, having worked at Aurora University as a Business Internship Program Manager from 2018 to 2019 and as an Adjunct Faculty from 2018 to 2019. In addition, they have worked in the human resources field at HARMAN International as a Sr. Manager, Human Resources & Rewards from 2016 to 2016 and as a Manager, Human Resources from 2015 to 2016.

Prior to their roles in HR, Erin worked in the construction industry. Erin was in the Human Resources department at Alberici Constructors from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Virtual Design & Construction Engineer at Clayco from 2010 to 2011, as an Assistant Project Manager & Estimator at The CDC Group, Inc. from 2009 to 2010, and as a Project & BIM Engineer at DPR Construction from 2007 to 2008.

Erin Hudetz, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as the Compensation Analyst Credential (CAC) from ERI Economic Research Institute, the Workforce Analytics upSkill Micro-Credential from HRCI, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Erin is also a member of the SHRM Executive Network.
