Joanna Staszel

Joanna Staszel is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Hearthside Food Solutions since October 2017, Joanna has previously held various HR roles within the same company, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Field HR Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to Hearthside Food Solutions, Joanna worked as Group HR Manager at Dan Wolf Automotive Group and as Group Personnel Director Assistant at Upstat Dental Solutions. Additional experience includes positions at Hawk Auto, AAR CORP., Ingalls Health System, and GIA Publications, Inc. Joanna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Lewis University and also attended Jagiellonian University in 2013.
