Laura Berka

Laura Berka's work experience spans multiple companies and roles. Laura most recently worked at Hearthside Food Solutions as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and team. Prior to that, they were a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at MJ Holding Company, LLC, where they partnered with cross-functional teams to support the Sales and Product Teams. Laura also served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Keypath Education, where they played a key role in supporting the company's growth and achieving long-term strategies. Earlier in their career, they held various finance roles at Weber-Stephen Products LLC, Ace Hardware, Sara Lee, and GMAC Home Services, where they gained experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Laura Berka received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Lewis University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Laura went on to pursue a Master's degree in Accounting at Loyola University Chicago from 2002 to 2004.
