Ulises Romero

Ulises Romero has a strong background in engineering and management, with extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. Ulises currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Hearthside Food Solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Engineering & Technology Innovation at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. Ulises also held various roles at Mars, including Site Manager, Site Operations Manager, Sr Operations Manager, and Sr Engineering Manager at Mars Wrigley. Additionally, they worked as a TPM & Maintenance Manager at Unilever before joining Mars.

Ulises Romero obtained a Master's degree in Manufacturing System from Tecnológico de Monterrey, from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Culiacán, from 1992 to 1996.
