Juliette Houseman, PHR SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources and Benefits Manager at Heartland AEA since July 2023, after holding the position of Benefits Specialist at the same organization since January 2014. Prior to their tenure at Heartland AEA, Juliette worked at Lennox International as a Human Resources Generalist II from June 1991 to August 2013. Heartland AEA's mission is to provide services and leadership in partnership with families, schools and communities, to improve the learning outcomes and well-being of all children and youth in Central Iowa. We do that through partnerships with public and accredited private schools for educational services, programs and resources for children from birth to age 21, families, educators and communities.
