Tom Kinley

Tom Kinley has extensive experience in program management and leadership within the mental health and social services sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Heartland Alliance since April 2018, Tom previously held the role of Senior Team Leader/Consultant at Porter-Starke Services, Inc. from December 2016 to April 2018. Tom's career began at Thresholds, where Tom worked as Program Director for over three decades, from June 1981 to September 2016. Tom Kinley holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and Marriage & Family Relations from Anderson University.
