Kendra Reichenau has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry, having held various roles in a variety of companies. In 1996, they began their career as a Senior Consultant at KPMG. Kendra then moved to Arthur Andersen Consulting (Senn Delaney) in 1998, where they worked as a Manager. In 2000, they became the Vice President-Brand Director of Halogen Brand at Nordstrom Product Group. In 2003, they were appointed as Divisional Merchandise Manager Womens-Senior Director at Gap. In 2004, they started their own consulting business, KReichenau Consulting, where they worked as an Interim Executive and Consultant. In 2007, they joined N3L Optics (a division of Luxottica) as Senior Vice President-General Manager in Orange County, CA. In 2011, they became President of McGuire Furniture at Kohler Co. In 2014, they were appointed CEO of Coolibar, Inc. and in 2019 they began working as a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor/Business Executive at KCReichenau Consulting. In 2021, they were hired as the CEO of Heartland America to develop strategies and plans to turn around, stabilize, and grow the business.

Kendra Reichenau received their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Scripps College. Prior to that, they attended Castilleja School.
