Alex Low

Alex Low has extensive work experience in the finance and corporate law sectors. They started their career as a Solicitor at Buddle Findlay in 2015, specializing in corporate law. In 2016, Alex worked as an Analyst in Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young before moving on to BNZ as a Senior Associate in Debt Capital Markets & Securitisation. They then joined Westmont Hospitality Group as an Associate in Corporate Finance in 2019. Currently, Alex is serving as the Head of Corporate Finance at Heartland Bank since December 2020.

Alex Low completed NCEA Levels 1,2 & 3 at Nelson College from 2005 to 2009. From 2010 to 2014, Alex attended the University of Otago and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) & Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). In 2014, Alex also completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at the Ivey Business School at Western University. From 2016 to 2018, Alex passed Levels 1, 2 & 3 at the CFA Institute but did not specify the field of study. In 2015, Alex completed Professional Legal Studies at The College of Law Australia.
