Elaine Rivas has a wealth of banking experience spanning over two decades. Elaine started their career at MidAmerica Bank in 1999 as an Operations Team Member and worked there until 2003. Following that, they joined Charter One Bank as a Teller Supervisor, where they excelled until 2006. Elaine then moved on to Heartland Bank and Trust Company, where they currently hold the position of Assistant Vice President and Retail Manager. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing branch operations, including staffing, culture, and overall performance.
