Elaine Rivas

Elaine Rivas has a wealth of banking experience spanning over two decades. Elaine started their career at MidAmerica Bank in 1999 as an Operations Team Member and worked there until 2003. Following that, they joined Charter One Bank as a Teller Supervisor, where they excelled until 2006. Elaine then moved on to Heartland Bank and Trust Company, where they currently hold the position of Assistant Vice President and Retail Manager. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing branch operations, including staffing, culture, and overall performance. Elaine is known for their commitment to employee development, evidenced by their creation of personalized Development Plans and regular coaching and training sessions with their team.

Elaine Rivas has a diverse education history. Elaine attended Fox College from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued Business Administration and Management, General. Elaine did not obtain a degree from this institution.

In recent years, Elaine focused their educational pursuits on real estate. From 2021 to 2024, they attended "I Love Real Estate" and earned a Licensed IL Real Estate Broker #475203313 degree. Their field of study was National and State of IL Real Estate. Elaine continued their real estate education in 2023 at The CE Shop, obtaining a Post Broker License in Real Estate.

In addition to their formal education, Elaine acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Some notable certifications include Post Broker License Risk Management/Discipline from The CE Shop, obtained in June 2023, and Aligning Customer Experience with Company Culture, Communication Foundations, and Developing Leadership Presence from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2023 and March 2023, respectively. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continued learning and professional growth.
