Andrea Ramirez

Andrea Ramirez has a diverse work experience across various industries. Andrea started their career in 2010 as a Spanish Interpreter at Access 2 Interpreters and worked there until 2012. Andrea then joined Solutions Staffing as an Onsite Manager for a brief period in 2012.

In the same year, they moved to HFI. and worked as an HR Generalist for seven years until 2019. Andrea'srole involved various HR responsibilities within the company.

After that, they joined Gap Inc. as an HR Generalist and stayed there for two years until 2021. During their time at Gap Inc., they gained experience in the retail industry.

In 2021, they became an HR Manager at The Lisinski Law Firm, where they took on additional responsibilities and managed the HR department. Andrea worked there until 2022.

Currently, they are working as an HR Business Partner at Heartland Bank, where they are utilizing their HR expertise to support the organization.

Andrea Ramirez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University between 2017 and 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the same university from 2021 to 2022.
