Erika Mullins

Erika Mullins started their work experience in 2013 at Gap Inc., where they worked as a Merchandise Processor until 2019. In 2019, they joined Education First Credit Union as a Member Specialist, and they remained in that role until 2021. During their time at Franklin University from 2021 to 2021, Erika held two positions: Business Office Specialist from June to October and HR and HRIS Assistant from January to May. After that, they worked at Upstart as an Auto Title Operations Associate from November 2021 to April 2022. Currently, Erika is working at Heartland Bank as a Commercial Loans Servicing Specialist starting from June 2022.

Erika Mullins has a diverse educational background. Erika began their education at DeVry Institute of Technology in 2009 and completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Web Graphic Design in 2011. From 2016 to 2019, Erika attended Columbus State Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Finance. Afterward, they continued their education at Franklin University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning & Financial Management from 2019 to 2021.

Throughout their educational journey, Erika also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In March 2021, they achieved the eMoney Fundamentals certification from eMoney Advisor. Furthermore, Erika demonstrated outstanding academic performance as they made the Franklin Dean's List in Spring 2021.
