Drew Poggemann

Drew Poggemann has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1993 as an Application Development Manager at Schneider National. Drew then worked as an independent consultant, developing a Transportation Management System. In 2001, they joined School Specialty as an IT General Manager, eventually becoming the Director of Technology. Drew also served as the Enterprise Architect at School Specialty, responsible for implementing web delivery frameworks and integrating Oracle SOA technologies. After School Specialty, they worked at Schreiber Foods and School Specialty, Inc. in various roles. In 2012, they joined Avastone Technologies as the Director of Technology and later became the Vice President. Drew currently works at Heartland Business Systems, where they hold the position of Director of Solution Architecture.

Drew Poggemann completed their undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1988 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. Additionally, Drew has obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals. They have also completed various Microsoft Dynamics and Azure training courses, such as MB-600 Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect and Exam 534: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions. Drew's most recent certification was obtained in August 2023.
