Chaplain Todd Stewart CCC's work experience began in 1982 as a Firefighter/EMT for King County Fire District 39/Federal Way. Chaplain Todd served as a Volunteer Firefighter assigned to KCFD 39 Station 1 and later became a part-time resident Firefighter/EMT assigned to KCFD 39 Station 4. Todd retired in 1987 due to an injury sustained in a stairway collapse during a housefire.

From 1988 to 1991, they worked as a Programmer Analyst for Contractor's Bonding and Ins. Co.

Todd then joined Recreational Equipment Inc in 1991 as a Sr. Programmer Analyst/Project Lead. Chaplain Todd was responsible for maintaining supply chain, merchandise planning, retail, and distribution applications. Chaplain Todd also designed and developed new applications supporting various areas of the company. One of their notable accomplishments was managing a four-person team in the development of a vendor management subsystem using the SDLC process.

Starting in 1998, Todd joined World Vision US as a Sr. Programmer Analyst until 2001. Chaplain Todd then worked at Costco Wholesale Inc from 2002 to 2003 as a Sr. Programmer Analyst.

From 2003 to 2005, Todd served as a Consultant for Bass Pro Shops, where they maintained inventory control, distribution, and retail applications. Chaplain Todd also designed and developed new applications for multiple functional areas of the company.

In 2006, Todd moved to Cabela's Inc, where they initially worked as a Consultant/Developer V. Chaplain Todd later took on the role of Technical Lead acting as Applications Support Manager. Chaplain Todd'sresponsibilities included managing and leading all aspects of production support for various systems, such as Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance. Chaplain Todd managed a team of seven developers and provided software support in these areas.

From 2012 to 2018, Todd served as a Solutions Delivery Manager for Cabela's, overseeing the delivery of solutions within the organization.

Most recently, in 2018, Todd joined Heartland Co-op as a Senior Application Engineer.

Chaplain Todd Stewart CCC has a diverse education history. In 1987-1988, they attended Griffin Business College and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Information Technology. In 1991, they briefly attended Washington State University, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned. In 2011, they enrolled at Western Nebraska CC and studied management. In addition to their academic background, Chaplain Todd Stewart CCC has also obtained the certification of DevOps Foundation Certified from the DevOps Institute in November 2020.
