Jessica Roche

Jessica Roche has extensive experience in technology management and IT service delivery. Currently serving as a Technology Process Manager at Heartland Coca-Cola since October 2020, Jessica previously held multiple roles at IT Authorities, including Service Delivery Executive, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with contracted Managed Services. Earlier in Jessica's career, significant contributions were made as a Service Desk Team Lead and Field Technician. Jessica's foundational experience was gained in the US Navy as an Electronics Technician, focusing on preventative and corrective maintenance of electronic equipment. Additionally, Jessica worked at Mercury Insurance as a Desktop Support technician, addressing hardware and software issues for various corporate offices. Educationally, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from St. Petersburg College.
