Shellie Clausen-Kerstetter

Shellie Clausen-Kerstetter has extensive work experience in legal roles. Shellie began their career as an Attorney at Stinson, Mag & Fizzell, P.C. (now known as Stinson Leonard Street LLP) in 1995, where they handled transactional work for regional and national clients. Shellie then moved on to Layne Christensen Company in 2000, where they served as VP-Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Their responsibilities included providing legal support for the company's divisions, handling securities law compliance, negotiating acquisitions and divestitures, and implementing company policies. Shellie joined Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in 2017 as General Counsel, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as the VP, GM Hometown Operations at Heartland Coca-Cola.

Shellie Clausen-Kerstetter received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with High Distinction from The University of Iowa College of Law in 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics at The University of Iowa from 1988 to 1992.
