Heartland Community College
Kelli Tillery Hill (M.S. Educational Administration, Northern Illinois University) oversees areas of Heartland that enhance community, business and government partnerships. Lifelong learning opportunities focus on professional development and personal enrichment. Numerous programs support businesses and enhance economic development. Initiatives immerse HCC into the community and bring friends through Heartland’s doors.
Kelli has supported collaborative initiatives for the Bloomington-Normal YMCA, Boys and Girls Club of Bloomington-Normal, and Multicultural Leadership Program among others. She has served on boards and councils for several entities including Leadership Illinois, ISU Mennonite College of Nursing, and Westminster Village.
