Laura Locke

Laura Locke is an experienced professional with a diverse background in order coordination, sales support, and electronic repair. Currently serving as an Order Coordinator and Inside Sales Representative at Heartland since May 2018, Laura collaborates closely with sales representatives, handling order processing, returns, and customer relations. Prior to this role, Laura spent a decade at Heartland as an Electronic Technician, specializing in component-level repairs of various electronic devices. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Payless ShoeSource, where Laura trained new hires, maintained store operations, and managed inventory. Laura holds an Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the College of Lake County, earned between 2002 and 2007.
