Tasha Erickson

Tasha Erickson, PHR SHRMCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Heartland Credit Union since March 2011. In this role, Tasha leads the human resources and education department, overseeing recruitment, staffing, talent management, employee development, curriculum development, benefit administration, compliance, compensation, and payroll. Prior to this position, Tasha worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Hutchinson Clinic from 2007 to 2011 and as Circulation Sales Manager/Home Delivery Manager at The Hutchinson News from 2001 to 2007. Tasha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Friends University, completed a leadership program (CULead) from Heartland Credit Union Association in 2016, and earned a Conflict Resolution Certificate from Cornell University.
