Craig Harris

Craig Harris has over nine years of experience in information technology and application development, currently serving as the Information Technology Application Development Manager at Heartland Dental since May 2014. Prior roles at the same company include IT Application Supervisor and Application Developer. Craig has conducted ROI analysis of marketing campaigns and assisted in designing research projects to address specific business inquiries. Academic experience includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Applied Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, both from Eastern Illinois University. In addition to roles in the private sector, Craig has experience in academia as a Graduate Assistant and has contributed to research presented at international conferences.
