Jeremy Stroud

Jeremy Stroud has extensive experience in leadership roles within the dental and creative industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service at Heartland Dental since January 2019, Jeremy has also held multiple vice president positions within the company, focusing on patient services and IT delivery. Prior to this, Jeremy was a Partner at Five Pack Creative, leading operations and successfully doubling sales revenue. Additional experience includes serving as a Financial Advisor at Prudential, holding leadership roles at Patterson Companies in commercial development and technical support, and starting in retail sales at NAPA Auto Parts. Jeremy holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University.
