Jessica Bordon

Jessica Bordon, M.S., is a professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Campus Recruiter for the Southeast Region at Heartland Dental since March 2024, Jessica has previously contributed to PepsiCo as a University Engagement Recruiter in Early Talent Acquisition and to IBM as a Campus Recruiter in the same field. Prior roles include working as a Talent Acquisition Associate and Assistant at Havas Health & You. Jessica holds a Master’s of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz. Additionally, Jessica participated in a study abroad program at Meiji University in Tokyo, Japan, and earned a high school diploma from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, focusing on Art Studies.
