Lindsey Marks

Lindsey Marks, PhD, currently serves as HR Talent Programs Manager for Total Rewards and has held multiple roles including Office Growth Management Program Manager and Project Manager at Heartland Dental since July 2019. Lindsey is the owner of 3 Aces Media, an agency focusing on marketing, advertising, and business strategy, as well as organizational development and leadership coaching, with a motorsports sector providing PR services to race car drivers. In addition, Lindsey taught business courses as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia College for a brief period in 2018 and worked as a Staff Writer covering motorsports events for various publications from 2004 to 2010. Lindsey holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, an MBA in Leadership from Liberty University, a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and an AA in Communications from the same institution.
