Paul Jett

Paul Jett, MBA, M.Ed, MSML, serves as the Leadership and Operations Training Development Manager at Heartland Dental, having been promoted within the largest dental support organization in the U.S. since joining in October 2008. Paul previously held positions as Regional Manager of Operations, Practice Administrator, and Business Assistant at the same company. Additionally, Paul is a Fly Fishing Guide at Front Range Anglers Inc since May 2022. Paul holds three master's degrees from Western Governors University, including an MBA, an MS in Management and Leadership, and an M.Ed in Learning and Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Technical Management from DeVry University. Further education includes an Associate degree with numerous certifications from Scott Community College and a high school diploma from West High School in Davenport, IA.
