Shanell Mathews

Shanell Mathews is currently serving as the Practice Manager of Operations at Heartland Dental since July 2023. Previously, Shanell accumulated extensive experience at Starbucks from October 2015 to July 2023, holding various positions including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Barista. Shanell is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Project Management and a minor in Justice Studies at Arizona State University, with an expected graduation date in May 2025.
