Heartland Energy
Kelly Dybdahl, CEM, serves as the Customer Relations Manager at Heartland Energy, specializing in distributed generation interconnections, energy audits, and strategic planning since January 2019. Kelly also holds the position of Public Safety Commissioner for the City of Madison, SD, and is an investor and board member at Midwest Power Partners, which focuses on utility-scale wind projects. Previous experience includes roles as a part-owner of TE Underground, LLC, and an electrical engineer with Lyon-Lincoln Electric Cooperative, along with positions as an electrician and electric motor repairman. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering between 2002 and 2006.
