Evgueni Tormantovski, P.Eng., is a seasoned structural engineer currently employed at Heartland Engineering since September 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a structural engineer at Walker Projects Inc. and a senior facilities engineer at TERRACON CONSULTANTS INC. Evgueni has also served as chief civil/structural engineer at Jacobs and led the civil/structural department at Capital Engineering. Before these positions, Evgueni gained significant experience as a senior staff engineer at Visionwall Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Alberta and a diploma in Civil and Industrial Construction from Pridniprovs'ka Deržavna Akademija Budivnictva ta Arhitektury.
