Shelley Zahn has over 25 years of work experience in human resources. Shelley began their career at Cottingham & Butler as a Human Resources Manager from February 1995 to September 2005. Shelley then moved on to Premier Bank, Dubuque, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and Assistant Vice President from September 2005 to November 2012. Since December 2012, Shelley has been with Heartland Financial USA, Inc., holding various roles including Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Partner, Vice President, and currently, Senior Corporate HR Business Partner, Vice President.

Shelley Zahn, SHRM-CP holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Clarke University. Shelley also completed the Human Resource Management School program at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, with a focus on Banking and Financial Support Services. Shelley Zahn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business from Pittsburg State University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Business, also from Pittsburg State University. Shelley has additional certifications as a Certified Instructor from ACHIEVE GLOBAL LIMITED and as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
