William Withers

William Withers has a strong background in customer care, deposit operations, and contact center management. William is currently the Director of Customer Care & Deposit Operations at HTLF since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Citizens Bank for 10 years, where they held positions such as Senior Vice President - Director of Strategy and Operations Contact Center and Vice President - Continuous Improvement Contact Center. In these roles, William was responsible for developing and implementing contact center strategies, managing budgets and technology teams, and incorporating customer data to enhance customer satisfaction and colleague experience.
