Courtney Enghauser

Courtney Enghauser has extensive experience in financial roles, particularly as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Courtney currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Heartland Home Services since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Garrett - Advancing Motion from October 2018 to June 2021. From July 2018 to January 2021, they worked as a Senior Advisor at CME Investments, LLC. In 2017, they were the CFO at Vee Pak, LLC, and from 2013 to 2017, they held the same role at Sensus, a Smart Grid communications and meter manufacturer. Courtney also served as CFO at Kinetek Industries Inc. from 2009 to 2013, where they later took on the additional role of Director of Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they were the CFO at Motion Control Engineering (MCE) from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they held the position of CFO at Finishing Services & Technologies, Inc. from 2004 to 2005, and at Flavor and Fragrance Group Holdings, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. Their career started as the Corporate Controller at Kinetek Industries Inc. from 1998 to 2000. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong financial expertise and leadership in various industries and private equity-owned companies, including leading the sale processes for several businesses.
