Kristen A. Schroeder, MA, PMP has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over 17 years. Kristen A. initially started their career at Barnes Precision Valve/Barnes Group Inc as a Human Resources Generalist/HSE Coordinator and later became a Senior Human Resources Generalist/HSE Coordinator. Kristen began their professional journey as a Human Resources Representative at Eaton Corporation from June 2004 to August 2005.

Following this, they attended Western Michigan University, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Psychology.
