Eric Sousa

Eric Sousa currently serves as the Manager of Solution Delivery and Support at Heartland Mutual Insurance since March 2024. Prior to this role, Eric had a significant tenure at Gore Mutual Insurance, where positions held included Director of the Voice Channel, overseeing technology and operational initiatives, and Manager of the Phone Channel, enhancing caller experience at the National Operations Centre. Eric also worked at Manulife Financial as an IS Team Lead for Group Benefit Solutions, and held various managerial roles at Research In Motion, including Manager of Business Operations and Team Lead of Problem Management.
