Heath Lashmit

Heath Lashmit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, sales, and engineering. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Heartland RV since September 2024, Heath oversees the Eddie Bauer, Pioneer, and Mallard brands. Prior to this role, Heath held positions as National Sales Manager at Cruiser RV and Regional Sales Manager at Heartland RV. Notable entrepreneurial endeavors include co-founding East Race Muscle LLC and Synergy Property Holdings. Heath also brings significant engineering expertise from Laidig Systems Inc, where various roles encompassed Applications Engineering Manager and Project/Systems Engineer. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Field Inspector at Monsanto. Heath holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Math/Physics from Bethel College.
