Michelle Kloc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in restaurant and retail management. Currently serving as General Manager at Heartland Restaurant Group since February 2023, Michelle previously held the position of Retail Manager at RITE AID from September 2021 to March 2023, and also returned to Heartland Restaurant Group as General Manager from May 2014 to September 2021. Prior roles include Assistant Store Manager at Aldis Inc. and General Manager positions at Boston Market and The Wendy's Company. Michelle's responsibilities have encompassed all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, ordering, and inventory control.
