Sam Stecher

Sam Stecher is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Account Administrator at Lockton Affinity since June 2024. With a strong background as a US Soccer Referee for the Heartland Soccer Association since January 2014, Sam is skilled in managing high-intensity situations and providing unbiased judgment calls. Experience also includes a summer business internship at CarePort, powered by WellSky®, in 2023, where Sam honed interpersonal and client relation skills while collaborating on projects with implementation and operation teams. Prior to that, Sam was a Team Associate at Genesis Health Clubs, overseeing fitness programming and consulting with clients on wellness goals. Sam holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a management minor from Kansas State University, expected in May 2024.
