Holly Konieczny, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Heartland Water Technology, Inc., Holly has previously held senior leadership positions at Ferrotec and Endeavor Robotics, where responsibilities included directing human resources functions and strategic planning. Earlier roles at iRobot and Progress Software encompassed human resource business partnering, recruitment, and employment coordination. Holly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
