Luiz Fernando Gonzaga

Luiz Fernando Gonzaga is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in consulting and project management. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant and Business Analyst at Heartman House Consultores since November 2020, Luiz has previously contributed as a Logistics Intern at Klabin, where responsibilities included supporting daily transportation operations. Luiz's leadership was demonstrated during tenure at EESC jr., overseeing 67 projects and 10 undergraduate programs while achieving notable outcomes, such as winning the "Empresa Júnior Alto Impacto" trophy and maintaining a 100 Net Promoter Score in 2019. Earlier experience includes managing the architecture and civil engineering department and achieving a significant sale for a junior architecture project. Luiz holds a degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, completed in 2021.
