Raphael Baptista has a diverse background in project management, development, and consultancy, gained from their experiences at Heartman House Consultores and Hard Net Informática. Raphael also previously worked as a Coordinator of Informatics at Prefeitura Municipal de Poços de Caldas. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Analytics e Big Data from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, Raphael previously completed a degree in Computer Science at PUC Minas.
