Rita Maltez has extensive work experience in the diamond and jewelry industry. Rita currently serves as the Global President for Hearts On Fire since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Bravva Consulting from 2017 to 2021, where they helped organizations in the industry develop and execute strategies, particularly in China. Rita has also held various roles at Rio Tinto, starting in 1998, including Director Greater China, China Business Development Manager, Customer Marketing Manager, Rough Sales Customer Account Manager, and Global Business Process Leader at the Rio Tinto Marketing Centre.
Rita Maltez attended Curtin University from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
