Scott Gepner

Scott D. Gepner currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Heartspring since July 2022. With over a decade of experience at Cox Communications, Scott held the position of Regional Director from May 2009 to July 2019, focusing on Process Improvement and Strategic Initiatives, along with developing and leading Six Sigma Training. Prior roles include Manager positions at Hawker Beechcraft and Raytheon Aircraft Company from 1986 to 2009. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Newman University between 1988 and 1991.
