The Clinical and Health Services team at Heartview Foundation is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals struggling with addiction and substance use disorders. This multidisciplinary group, consisting of nurse practitioners, counselors, and medical directors, collaborates to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensure medical oversight, and support patients throughout their recovery journey, while also addressing the needs of their families.
