Jacquelyn Fletcher Johnson

Jacquelyn Fletcher Johnson, MFA, is a highly experienced consultant and executive coach with a strong focus on empathy and support at Heartwood Leadership Institute since 2001. As a professional speaker, Jacquelyn designs and delivers engaging keynotes, workshops, and conferences, notably contributing to the success of the NextUp Executive Forum. With a background in instructional design, Jacquelyn has trained executives globally to enhance resilience and well-being. An accomplished author, Jacquelyn has published 14 books and is currently working on a 15th, while also serving as a freelance writer and marketing consultant for various prominent clients. Additionally, Jacquelyn co-created and hosts the Healing Words television show for Mayo TV, promoting the therapeutic power of storytelling, and teaches creative writing at the Loft Literary Center, the largest independent writing center in the U.S. Educational qualifications include a BA in English and Women's Studies from Wellesley College and an MFA in Writing and Publishing from Emerson College.
