Jacquelyn Fletcher Johnson, MFA, is a highly experienced consultant and executive coach with a strong focus on empathy and support at Heartwood Leadership Institute since 2001. As a professional speaker, Jacquelyn designs and delivers engaging keynotes, workshops, and conferences, notably contributing to the success of the NextUp Executive Forum. With a background in instructional design, Jacquelyn has trained executives globally to enhance resilience and well-being. An accomplished author, Jacquelyn has published 14 books and is currently working on a 15th, while also serving as a freelance writer and marketing consultant for various prominent clients.
