Demetrios Dounis is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Heartwood Partners, Demetrios oversees a portfolio with over $1.7 billion in assets under management. In addition, Demetrios holds chairman positions at The Amlon Group and Royal Products, as well as chairperson roles at VITALSpace and UW Solutions, where leadership and strategic oversight are key responsibilities. With past roles at The Compass Group, UBS, and Deloitte, Demetrios possesses a robust background in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio management, supported by an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University.
