James Sidwa

James Sidwa serves as Managing Partner at Heartwood Partners, a position held since July 2009, and has also held multiple roles there, including Partner, Managing Director, and Principal, CFO & CCO. Additionally, James holds several board positions, serving as Chairman of the Board for NativeSeed Group, somafina, Patten Seed Company/Super-Sod, and Sur-Seal, LLC., and previously as Chairman for CMI Limited Co. James was a Board Member for VITALSpace from September 2021 to August 2024 and served on the Board of Directors for Artisant Lane Furniture Collective from April 2016 to October 2020. Prior professional experience includes working as a Manager in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on accounting and financial due diligence, and as Investment Professional & CFO at FE Clean Energy, specializing in clean and renewable energy investments. James earned a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from the University of Connecticut in 1999.
