Chris Affinito

Chris Affinito is the President of Heartwood Real Estate Group, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Chris served as Managing Partner at Urban ATX from February 2018 to January 2022, and as a Senior Associate in Acquisitions & Development at Vision Real Estate Partners from July 2013 to December 2014, focusing on investment underwriting, acquisitions, capital raising, and leasing. Chris began the career at KPMG, working as an Economic & Valuation Services Associate from July 2011 to July 2013, where responsibilities included commercial real estate valuation, appraisal, purchase price allocations, and various support roles. Earlier experiences include internships at CBRE and Brandywine Realty Trust in 2010. Chris holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Austin and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Villanova University, obtained in 2011.
