Manisha Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, investment, and storytelling. Currently serving as Vice President of Products in AI/ML Analytics on People Intelligence at Oracle, Manisha has significantly influenced the HCM/People Analytics landscape. As a founding LP of the Neythri Futures Fund, Manisha advocates for increased diversity in the venture capital ecosystem, particularly for South Asian women. Manisha also founded WearVedic, focusing on storytelling rooted in Vedic traditions for leaders and achievers.
