Hendrik Jones

Hendrik Jones has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2009 as a Data Administrator at Compuscan. In 2010, they moved to Wonga.com, where they held the roles of MI Analyst, JNR MI Analyst, and Knowledge Base Editor. In 2018, they joined WNS.com, where they were the Lead Analyst and Assistant Manager for the Domestic team. In 2019, they joined the hearX Group as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. During their time at WNS.com, they were responsible for ensuring that morning BAU was done and validated, implementing and delegating automation, integration, and optimization efforts, leading on new Domestic projects, and motivating team members. Hendrik also created Commission models, Dashboards, and other reporting suites using Tableau, Excel, Power BI, SSRS, and Sharepoint. Additionally, they created apps that saved time, ensured accuracy, and provided clean and trustworthy analytics. Hendrik also travelled to different sites nationally to assist in new projects and training opportunities.

Hendrik Jones attended Monument Park from 1997 to 2002. Hendrik has also obtained two certifications from Lynda.com, SharePoint 2019 Essential Training: The Basics in July 2019, and Tableau 10 Essential Training in June 2019.
